Please use the calendar to check availability of your ideal week(s). If you have an enquiry only please use the form on the Contacts page. If you intend to book please complete your check in and check out details below and the number of adults and children and press book now. We will then send you the same day a booking form and rental agreement which you need to sign and return by email or post. You will also receive payment instructions including a Transferwise request.

  • Rentals are payable in UK Pounds.

  • Prices are for the rental of the entire property, per week.

  • Bookings run from Saturday 4:00pm to Saturday 10:00am.

  • The property owner is not liable for any loss or interruption of internet service.

  • No smoking in the property.

  • Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (including pool towels).

  • Security Bond (to cover any potential loss or damage) will be returned within 3 days of your departure again via Transferwise

  • Cancellation / refund policy;

    • Cancellation more than 30 days before departure; 60% of rent returned to client (no deposit refund)

    • Cancellation less than 30 days before departure; 0% of rent returned to client (guests to arrange suitable holiday insurance)

  • The above cancellation policy applies for any form of force majeure which includes any pandemic / Covid circumstance

  • Clean laundry including one set of bed linen per bed, one pool towel per person and one bath towel per person will be provided. Please do not take any further laundry from the laundry cupboard as these are for subsequent guests (a charge will be made if this occurs)

  • Note; apart from laundry, you are responsible for leaving the Gite in the same state as you found it; including cleaning of floors, surfaces, fridges and bathrooms, (a charge will be made if this does not occur). Strip beds and leave dirty laundry in a single pile please.

  • All rubbish must be taken and disposed off at the recycling bins at Levignac (5 mins drive) or Monteton (5 mins drive). Do not use the wheelie bins as there is no collection!
