The property is set on an acre of fenced land (refer site plan above), within a working farm, the  farm barn etc has tractors and small workshop, however this is all hidden behind the mature hedge as shown on the plan

There are only three other properties on the farm (at least a stones throw away), one with blue shutters owned by a wonderful older French lady Arlette whose family own the surrounding farm (she is delightful as long as your French is up to it!), another is rented to a French family and there is one in the final throws or renovation that is owned by a local Marie.

The breathtaking views are almost 180 degrees from the South to the North with the sun rising to the south of the property where the Al Fresco area is situated and setting behind the pool area where the main terrace with pergola is.

The 10 x 5 m pool is well secluded on the farm side by a mature hedge (not that there is anyone likely to bother you).

There are fruit trees (fig and cherry), acacia and even some banana palms to the front of the property as well as grape vines; you are welcome to carefully avail yourself of any fruit produce! There is a lovely tiled roof covered area next to the pool; suitable for summer dining and relaxing. There is a heated shower at the end of the covered area that can be used for proper showering with soap if necessary. There is a terrace with wrought iron pergola and side entrance direct to the kitchen

There are clear instructions in the pool room for using the Jacuzzi system which pumps bubbles over the pool steps. The pool is cleaned by a robot so please remember to replace it back in the water every evening. There are 5 bikes of different sizes in the garage area that can be used during your stay; the continuous ridges extending for miles around the Gite are lovely for riding on.
